Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and decision-making across departments.Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and quality controlIdentify project risks and dependencies early on and implement proactive mitigation strategies.Prepare and present high-impact documentation, executive summaries, presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Track and report project performance, milestones, and deliverables to senior leadership and sponsors.Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, best practices, and compliance requirements.Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and standards within the PMO.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects.Strong ability to document meetings (MoMs) and manage structured follow-ups.Proficiency in creating high-level, executive-ready presentations.Hands-on experience with project tracking tools like Google Sheets, Trello.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity.Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
