Project Management Director, Activation

Present in over 100 countries, Publicis Groupe employs around 103,000 professionals. **Overview** We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to support the development, execution, and operationalization of audiences as a product across our media and marketing solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of audience solutions—from intake and build to QA, delivery, and measurement—ensuring our audience products are market-ready, scalable, and drive media performance. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, media strategists, legal, and activation teams to ensure that our audience products meet client needs, align with platform requirements, and adhere to compliance standards. **Responsibilities** Audience Product Management + Act as the operational owner of audience products used in paid media, managing versioning, metadata, and audience logic documentation + Partner with data and product leads to define audience use cases, structure requirements, and manage pipelines from data to delivery + Maintain an up-to-date catalog of available audiences, attributes, and their business applicability Project Management & Delivery + Coordinate cross-functional workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery of audiences to platforms (e.g., DSPs, social, endemic partners) + Manage project timelines, delivery SLAs, QA, and ongoing refresh cadences for live audience deployments + Track delivery success, troubleshoot failures, and ensure high match rates and compliance across platforms Cross-Functional Coordination + Serve as a central liaison between media activation, data science, engineering, compliance, and client-facing teams + Translate audience strategy into executional requirements for audience build and distribution + Document and communicate audience configurations and delivery logic with clarity and consistency Compliance & Quality Assurance + Ensure audiences meet privacy, consent, and platform-specific compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA, NAI) + Manage approval workflows for sensitive or custom audience use cases and ensure adherence to data governance protocols **Qualifications** + 10+ years experience in project management, product operations, or marketing operations—preferably in media or martech + Familiarity with audience platforms and identity providers (e.g., LiveRamp, , Neustar, Epsilon) + Understanding of audience segmentation principles, deterministic/probabilistic matching, and platform delivery constraints + Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills + Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Airtable) Preferred Qualifications: + Experience working on audience products in a media, retail media, healthcare, or data licensing context + Exposure to privacy-sensitive data types (e.g., NPI, PHI, PII) and regulatory frameworks + Familiarity with measurement frameworks for audience efficacy (e.g., lift, reach, match rates) **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
