\nResponsibilities:
\n\n Plans, organizes, directs, controls and delivers complex projects and/or programs prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs. Projects may include multiple disciplines and/or significant business process re-engineering efforts.\n Manages people for programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of projects and/or programs into a finished state.\n Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets.\n Organizes project and/or program activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.\n At times, directs the activities of project support staff, project managers, and sub-contractors and is responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of the project.\n Assigns and monitors work of subject matter expert personnel, providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives.\n Manages and coordinates priorities between projects or within a program that requires critical thinking and complex problem solving.\n Leads and communicates project scope, goals and responsibilities to project team; establish clear stakeholder expectations, and requirements of varying degrees of complexity.\n Develops and maintains reporting procedures and monitor performance in project and program control activities.\n Develops and distributes reports related to project activities, general project management, and financial issues.\n\nRequirements:
\n\n Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, Computer Science or other related field, or equivalent work experience.\n PMP/PMI certified and demonstrated extensive project management experience in delivering large, successful customer-facing projects and programs.\n Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience.\n Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint).\n Familiarity with systems development life cycle methodology.\n Maturity of judgment under pressure/ability to resolve problems in a timely, effective manner.\n Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools.\n Proven planning, organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate teams.\n Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to unite teams to collaborate and create solutions.\n Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills and the ability to navigate in a matrixed organization effectively.\n Excellent verbal and communication skills and the ability to present complex technical information to a range of audiences.\n Ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders across client and organization.\n Ability to multitask.\n Excellent planning and time management skills.\n Excellent written/report writing and verbal communications skills. \n Deadline and goal-oriented accountability.\n\nFlexible Working

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $106,720-$138,600.
