Description:We are currently seeing a full time Project Management and Strategic Integration Representative for our DC Site. In this role you will be responsible for strategic integration for the Program Protection team. This will involve task management at the team level, meeting facilitation, document development, process development/maintenance and reporting status, data analytics, and maintain metrics.

In addition, you will:

- Assist financial manager with VEMO and financial analysis
- Conduct data analytics for the Program Protection Team
- Utilizing JIRA, manage document deliverables, project timelines, various projects related to Program Protection
- Manage projects related to Program Protection activities
- Act as a multi-positional player who can work in an ambiguous environment that can bring efforts to successful outcomes
- Be a change agent to help define and improve processes
- Develop and Manage a method to track various project schedules with varied deliverables
- Develop solutions to problems and effectively , manage, mitigate, and control
- Integrate between various program and functional support areas
- Lead and/or support documentation development, training and data protection
- Act as a multi-positional player who can work in an ambiguous environment that can bring efforts to successful outcomes
- Create, develop and maintain the Program Protection SharePoint and Teams Channel ensuring links are updated & information is current
- Gather data and create presentations from various Program Protection teams on various security topics
- Maintain access to sites for interna & external users
- Manage award coordination efforts

* You will need to be a US Citizen and currently possess or have the ability to obtain & maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance, to support this government contract.

* This position is located in Washington D.C. & relocation will not be offered.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

• Strong written and organizational skills with the ability to keep projects/people on track ensuring on time completion of tasks

• Experience with JIRA

• Experience working with military/government processes

• Demonstrated success addressing issues, identifying questions, relaying information, and finding solutions

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience with the following:
- Collaborating with multi-functional teams to meet common goals and objectives
- Multi-tasking while meeting demanding schedules in a fast-paced environment
- Managing SharePoint sites & projects timelines
- Gathering data and compiling presentations
- Financial analysis experience
- Proven success for developing new/improved innovative solutions
- Adaptability to changing requirements
- Multi-tasking and meeting demanding schedules in a fast-paced environment

You will need to be a US Citizen and currently possess or have the ability to obtain & maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance, to support this government contract.
Desired Skills:
• Green Belt and/or PMP Certified

• Experience combining and transforming independent parts of a business organization into a cohesive and synergistic whole by aligning various aspects of an organization to achieve its objectives effectively and seamlessly.

• Knowledgeable of security discipline(s)

• Experience supporting FBM Program

• Experience supporting Program Protection
activities and/or with related policies, procedures, documentation

• VEMO experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $70,100 - $123,625. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
