We are seeking a dedicated HR Investigator to join our team and address workplace issues and concerns raised through internal channels. The ideal candidate will take statements from hourly employees, manage sensitive data, and support health and safety requirements, all while fostering an inclusive work culture.
ResponsibilitiesInvestigate workplace issues and concerns raised by employees through internal company channels.Conduct interviews with employees and document statements accurately.Prepare, track, and maintain detailed investigation documentation.Manage employee data and statements with the utmost confidentiality.Balance employee advocacy with the stewardship of company goals and values to foster an inclusive work environment.Provide support to salaried personnel as appropriate.Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements for employees.
Essential Skills5 or more years of experience in conducting investigations, including interviewing and case disposition.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Experience in compliance, human resource management, employee relations, and case management.Strong communication skills and experience with employee engagement.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working in a manufacturing and/or unionized environment is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
Work Environment
The position requires working onsite at the plant for 5 days a week. The work environment emphasizes the importance of maintaining a professional and inclusive atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.36 - $36.36/hr.
