Kforce has a client in Tallahassee, FL that is seeking a Project Leader whose work encompasses both analytical research and project management responsibilities, including assisting senior managers with documentation, reporting, and analysis while coordinating team assignments, tracking project milestones, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. Summary: The Project Leader will conduct research on innovative and/or advanced technology tools and technologies, evaluate their potential applications within FDOT operations, test solutions, and prepare findings and recommendations for management review. Key duties include writing and editing internal documentation, presentations, and workflows, serving as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, and monitoring project progress to identify risks and propose solutions. The Project Leader will also write and edit internal documentation, presentations, and workflows while utilizing project management tools and methodologies to support efficient project execution. This position requires the ability to work both independently on research tasks and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
