Minimum requirements:
Professional Registration - Must be a Registered Architectural Technologist (Pr.Arch Tech) (Candidate registrations are NOT considered) Experience - At least 2 years post-registration in a relevant role Contract Knowledge - Strong experience with JBCC 6.2 and NEC 3 and 4 contracts, including reviewing and endorsing Contract Instructions and Compensation Events Project Management Skills - Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance, ensuring structured execution Software Proficiency - Skilled in MS Word and Excel for documentation and financial tracking Work Pressure and Deadlines - Must handle strict deadlines and high-pressure environments efficiently Experience in Government Projects - Helpful but not mandatory Cash Flow Projections Experience - Beneficial but not an absolute must Advanced Project Delegation Skills - While important, a solid foundation in project management suffices Consultant: Abigail Smith - Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen
