**Key Responsibilities**
+ Accountable for the overall management of displays, samples, tradeshow product coordination, product launch samples in a timely manner.
+ Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency.
+ Developing and implementing administrative processes, managing schedules and deadlines, and planning product needs for events, product launch samples, tradeshows and displays.
+ Timely & consistent communication and include the appropriate stakeholders for the projects being executed.
+ Allocating resources to meet operational needs and budgetary constraints.
**Skills/Requirements**

+ Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Accounting preferred
+ 5+ years operation coordination or project management experience preferred
+ Strong analytical and Excel skills
+ Excellent communication abilities

_The salary range for this position is $79,500 - $100,450. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k._
