As a Project Leader, HR Process Continuous Improvement supporting Human Resources in our Fort Worth, TX location, you will be trusted to work on a new frontier for our function, as we are launching the new Elevate HR team. In this role, a typical day will include:
Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive process efficiency in Payroll, Global Taxation, Leave Administration, Pension Administration (OUS) and Global Mobility
Partner with stakeholders across the HR function and the enterprise to deliver seamless, scalable solutions
Use data and insights to anticipate risks, solve problems, and drive smarter decisions
Help shape the future of work at Alcon by reimagining how HR delivers value
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs; Assoc.+14 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs; PhD+6 yrs)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
10 Years of Relevant Experience
JL can be leveled up/down
HOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:
10+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner, Total Rewards or HR Operations leader
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver measurable operational improvements
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project lifecycle management.
Strong experience in change management and organizational transformation
Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders across various functions
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong focus on user experience and human-centered design principles
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
