Roles & Responsibilities:

Day to day interaction with the customerLead, mentor, and guide a team of 10-15 engineersResponsible for timely delivery and quality of deliverable for the team.Manage multiple projects, create proposals, and support the account growth by supporting the sales team

Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Overall 7+ years of experience in software development preferably in Java, Spring Boot and related technologiesMinimum of 3 years of proven software development/management experience as an Agile Scrum master or similar roleGood understanding of REST API, IPC, communication protocols, data structures etc.Good understanding of Javascript, HTML5, CSS3 and web stackGood understanding of Linux / Unix platform and linux based developmentSound technical knowledge and knowledge of latest industry trendsAbility to learn new technologies, software and concepts quickly is essential.Ability to influence cross-functional team without formal authorityExcellent time management, resource organization and priority establishment skills with the ability to multi -task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with diplomacy and tact, including when responding to resistanceAbility to work with an optimistic attitude both independently and as part of a teamSelf-motivated with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills:

Experience in Delivering End to End Solutions in the Enterprise Space (Healthcare preferred).Experience in development of Medical modality software, Medical Imaging platformKnowledge in HealthCare Standards ®ulations like DICOM, IHE, HIPPA
