Project Lead Engineer in PSS
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Customer Relations - Support the relevant Project Manager in understanding, leading and achieving each customer's expectation. + Leads engineering activities, using proactive, effective methods and resources to minimize costs, enforce to schedules, and maintain high-quality outcomes. + Assists Project Manager in crafting project schedule, providing updates on resource needs, progress, and risks for Lead Engineer's engineering work. + Facilitates communication between team members and customers, providing crucial details for assigned work. + Procurement - supports the Project Manager in the development of the procurement list, including detailed specifications for any sub-contracted works and services where relevant, along with required delivery dates. + Leading project scope - comprehends the work scope for assigned engineering tasks and ensures its timely delivery within the specified budget and schedule. Promptly communicates any modifications initiated by the customer to the respective Project Manager. + HSE/Quality control - ensures that all engineering activities are undertaken in accordance with the Company's quality control processes and that the relevant standard is achieved - adheres to company's and customer HSE standards at all times. + Team building - Supports the Project Manager in the creation of an inclusive and encouraging environment for all personnel within the project team and actively support team members in achieving any personal development objectives that may have been set for the project. + Suppliers help the Project Manager handle external parties involved in the project. They include product vendors, sub-contractors, other Emerson teams, and third parties working for the customer. They provide products and services for the Lead Engineer's assigned work. + Technical Knowledge - acquires, maintains and actively shares knowledge and experience with the engineering team and the wider organization. **Who You Are:** You show consistency between words and actions. You pursue everything with energy, drive, and the need to finish. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Engineering degree, state-certified technician, completed vocational training or equivalent knowledge + 10+ years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record of handling ICSS system design, implementation and FAT/SAT experience of project including instrumentation and SIS. + Extensive experience with direct customer contact and managing expectation + Local language skills with proficient English (verbal and written), Excellent communicator + MAV/MIV lead experience is preferred. + Cybersecurity, Network and server technical knowledge is preferred. + Traveling is s part of the job as required. **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Ability and talent to lead a multi-national technical team - with leadership experience preferred + Ability to work independently and within defined timelines **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
