POSITION: Project Lead

Location: 175 Addison Rd, Ste. 6F, Windsor, CT 06095 and unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.

 What You will Do:

Understand system level requirements by brainstorming with Architects, Businesses Mangers & Product Owners. Identify the scope of the work, provide initial estimate, and justify the estimate with facts. Design and implement new functionalities in the software product in healthcare domain.Come up with the definition of a system architecture for the product. Come up with the Architecture which should take care of the security aspects related with the final deployment scenario.Participate in the product design workshop sessions with customer team to come up the final detailed design of the system that can be understood by the team members to implement easily.Perform the review of system architecture and detailed system design. Update the system traceability against the stated requirements. Support the design of the test automation framework.Understand customer scope and need and clarify the details with customer.Update proper status and provide response on time.Maintain code quality through review of best practices, unit testing and code quality automation, seek and provide feedback on design and development.Document every aspect of an application or system as a reference for future maintenance and upgrades. Manage and maintain software deliveries using continuous integration and verification.Provide end-user support for installation and maintenance.

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, or related field, PLUS three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related position.Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Agile; Waterfall; C++; C#; Gitlab; Jira; Microsoft Project Plan; Perforce; DOORs; MyWorkshop; DICOM tools/servers (DICOMJet, Centricity, PyDICOM; JDICOM, Viewpoint); Wireshark; Rally; SonarQube; SonarLink; Tortoise SVN, VSS; Visual Studio; Confluence; Fork; WinDbg, and; UML Tools.Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Embedded C and C++ programming; device driver development; low-level HAL code; I2C; SPI; UART; CAN; QNX; Linux; unit test cases using GTest framework; Git version control; CI/CD tools; Jenkins; writing technical software design documents, and; SDLC with agile methodology.

 Pay Range: $80,000- $100,000

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.


Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Windsor, CT

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. 

Travel requirements: Travel to unanticipated client locations, throughout the U.S., approximately 30% as required.
