JD : Experience: 5 years of work experience as a Salesforce or Integration Developer, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering impactful solutions. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Technical Skills:

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (ideally Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning) Proficiency in Azure DevOps processes Agile Methodology: Experience working in agile environments, preferably in a SCRUM framework, delivering projects iteratively and efficiently Solution Development: Proven ability to build flexible, scalable, and maintainable solutions for international companies, with a focus on innovation and quality Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills for interacting directly with end-users, stakeholders, and senior management to gather requirements and deliver the best solutions Team player, interested in global projects and interaction with multi-international teams. Autonomy and Initiative: Self-starter mentality with a passion for taking ownership of projects. Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
