What You Will Do

Leading and monitoring Warranty projects, supporting ramp - up, serial and ramp - down phasesReview and evaluate GCSR warranty related pointsProvide / monitor analysis requirements for responsible domainsCreate and coordinate time schedules, process plans and create project status reportsMonitor and evaluate warranty topics and report warranty related statistics to customerAnswer to Customer inquiries within the scope of warranty liability requirements and track warranty costsProfessional management of team meetingsProfessional leading of project team, define and distribute work packages and review the resultsVoice of customer in terms of warranty topicsTake care warranty contract readiness and renewalParticipate at internal and external audits

 

What You Need to Be Successful

Degree in electrical engineering or comparable education with several years of related experienceFluent EnglishExcellent skills in the usage of MS Office and SAPKnowledge of warranty rightsGood communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and flexiblyExcellent teamwork, people-contact skills, ability to cope with pressure and self-assured mannerProfessional experience in planning and management technical projects

 

Bonus Points if You Have

German language knowledgeWillingness for travels, driving licence „B“
