You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, develop, and evaluate instructional content across various formats and platforms. This role involves creating and delivering engaging training programs to enhance technical skills and software proficiency among our workforce. As a trainer, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to effectively use our software solutions and stay ahead in their roles. This right candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a creatively diverse group. Acting as a liaison between developers and the customer. This position requires the applicant to possess in-depth hands-on experience as a program integrator in an area where cooperation, communication, and continual trade-craft improvements are the norm. • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive software training programs tailored to audience needs. • Conduct hands-on workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry best practices. • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and performance metrics. • Develop instructional materials such as user guides, tutorials, and quick reference guides. • Delivers updated User Guides, to include the associated on-line help version, for each release for Sponsor Automated Systems as directed • Provides classroom and individual training as required • Develops training schedule(s), manages enrollment(s), and documents attendance in accordance with Sponsor processes • Provides training to Sponsor and OGAs to include coordination of training dates, locations, and administrative matters • Creates test and production system user accounts for all individuals scheduled to receive training • Conduct needs assessments and audience analyses to determine learning objectives • Design curriculum frameworks, course outlines, and storyboards aligned with learning goals • Develop digital learning content including eLearning modules, video scripts, instructor-led training materials, and job aids • Apply instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and UX best practices • Use authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) to build interactive content • Collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and developers to ensure accurate and effective learning solutions • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and analytics • Continuously improve learning products based on learner feedback and performance data • Provide product demo as needed **TS/SCI with Polygraph Required Day 1** **Mandatory Skills** • Proficiency in Atlassian suite of products (Confluence, JIRA) • Understanding of Agile methodologies • Experience in graphic design, creating digital solutions • Experience creating WBT training videos • Experience conducting UAT _At Nightwing, we value collaboration and teamwork.
