**Project Human Resources Manager**
Parsons’ is looking for a Human Resources professional to join our team in a project-based role! In this role you will get to act as an advisor for a large Joint Venture infrastructure program in the New York City Metro area, working across all partners and handling policy development, procedures, staff planning, and other HR responsibilities for the teams in managing the program staff consistently.
This candidate will enjoy a hybrid, work arrangement in the New York – Newark Metropolitan area.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Strategic Project Support. You will be responsible for all HR activities in the joint venture program in coordination with the other JV firms HR Leads:
+ Engaged in recruitment and selection activities for qualified employees (engineers, planners, designers etc.) for the whole duration of the project and on a continuous basis.
+ Lead the development of policies and procedures for the program from an HR/Talent functional perspective
+ Coordinate processing all the employee-related paperwork.
+ Maintain and update employees' files.
+ Engage in on-site communication workshops between management and site employee across multiple firms.
+ Conduct exit interviews
+ Facilitate workforce planning activities in partnership with managers and their teams including understanding and interpreting internal and external workforce metrics, analyzing work and workforce needs, identifying gaps, and supporting the creation and implementation of plans to close gaps. Provide execution support for international and domestic project start-ups and close-outs.
+ Leverage technology to provide managers with insights and data to facilitate decision making.
+ Contribute to the execution of overall business strategy by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build talent capabilities.
+ May partner with HR Leadership, Centers Of Excellence (COE) and Service Center to support onboarding, new projects or project close outs; to include benefits, compensation, global mobility. Legal and Shared Services functions.
+ Provide support and guidance as needed for employee disciplinary action and termination when elevated through the COE. Coordinate with JV Partner HR leaders on their staff related to disciplinary actions.
**What Skills You’ll Bring**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ 10+ years of HR generalist, business / client facing experience.
+ 2 years of talent strategy, people / leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Proven consulting experience in working with managers and other leaders across a variety of disciplines.
+ Ability to learn and use technology to perform job requirements, including but not limited to MS Office, Workday and Service Cloud.
**What Desired Skills You’ll Bring**
+ PHR/SPHR desired.

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
