Your role and responsibilities You will be working as Project Finance Analyst and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Energy Industries Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Global Project Finance Manager and will be responsible for supporting the Project Business Controller in the country assigned in all financial and commercial matters related to the project and actively drives their respective project's performance.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:Support project managers in all financial and commercial matters and actively drive the project’s performanceProvide forecast information like cash flow plan, revenue recognition plan and cost-to-completeMonitor and control actual cost and revenues against the budget and forecastIdentify, analyze, report and follow-up any economical deviations related to recognized revenues and gross margin, actual/planned costs, cash flow and over duesMonthly reporting internally and externallyParticipate in the project’s risk management process for early identification of risks and opportunities, and do monthly assessment of the identified risks, contingencies and opportunitiesParticipate in Project Review meetingsUpdate PR+ and other relevant tools.Ensure compliance with Accounting & Reporting Policies and applicable internal control procedures
Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s in Commerce / accounting / business administration / CMA / CWA / CAMinimum 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & AnalysisFluency in EnglishProactive and responsible personality with good team work and excellent communication skillsFlexibility and willingness to take on responsibilityCan work independently, result-oriented and structuredExperience in use of SAP and relevant Microsoft programs
