**Your Opportunity** This opportunity for Project Field Administrator is for a project specific role on a multi-discipled investigation for a remote site in central Labrador. In this role, you will provide support for the successful execution of the project through conformance to project specific governance plans for H&S, Environmental Protection and Cultural Awareness which are developed through Stantec’s ISO requirements, corporate policies, solid project management objectives, and client requirements and standards. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual who wants to challenge their abilities in a dynamic work environment. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Support the Field Manager in the successfully deliver of the administrative requirements throughout the field program. + Participates and minutes team meetings and general communications. + Assists with compiling various reports on a daily basis (H&S, Enviro, Schedule & Progress, Financial and Resource tracking) + Works closely with the project team to maintain a current and accurate understanding of project status, issues and changes. + Supports project invoicing. + Supports local liaison activities with the Innu community. + May from time to time support the technical teams in execution of the field investigation programs. **Your Capabilities and Credentials** + For this role, we are looking for a resident of Happy Valley – Goose Bay. Access to personal transportation to travel to/from Happy Valley-Goose Bay is not required but would be considered an asset. **Education and Experience** + Minimum Grade 12 High School Education.
