PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To manage, develop, and maintain civil infrastructure of HEINEKEN Myanmar Brewery facilities with a strong safety-first mindset. This includes responsibility for civil engineering project execution, maintenance of fire alarm and CCTV systems, and general brewery facility upkeep Ensure civil engineering project design, execution, and commissioning is completed on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with company standards

 

RESPONSIBILITY

Key Activities

Lead and execute civil engineering projects safely and efficiently Maintain and supervise brewery infrastructure, including buildings, drainage, roads, and structural integrity Manage fire alarm and CCTV system maintenance and upgrades in coordination with safety and IT teams Oversee general facility maintenance including utilities, sanitation structures, and internal layouts Ensure project delivery with required quality and within timeline and budget Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractors Create detailed project plans with clear scope and allocated resources Ensure proper documentation and master data handover to maintenance teams post-project completion Prepare and submit Monthly and Quarterly project progress reports

Promote a safety-first culture across all civil and facility-related activities Ensure compliance with statutory, HEINEKEN, and local HSE regulations and procedures

Additional duties

Carry out additional tasks relevant to the role as requested by management Ensure compliance with HEINEKEN project systems and operational standards

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil or infrastructure project roles Knowledge of fire safety systems and CCTV setup/maintenance Experience in facility and utility maintenance preferred Strong project coordination and time management skills Good verbal and written communication skills Burmese /Myanmar Language and English Participate in system upgrades and implementation of new procedures
