Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Economics, Architecture, Business, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. + 7 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. + Experience in conceptualizing, project planning, design development and project management of corporate design/construction. + Experience in construction procurement and commercial management and leading multiple concurrent project delivery teams. + Ability to travel 20% of the time domestically and internationally. Preferred qualifications: + Experience in continuous professional development and professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS, RIBA, CIOB, LEED, etc.). + Experience in leading multicultural project teams across the region. + Experience working in the dynamic technology environment. + Ability to think out of the box and bring creative, non-standard, and innovative solutions to the table, and influence strategic change and initiatives where prudent. + Ability to challenge project teams and understand fundamentals to achieve cost effective design. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights effectively to senior leadership. As a Project Executive, you will manage the full scope of services involved in the planning and management of Real Estate Design and Delivery (REDD) projects in EMEA. You will be directly responsible for financial analysis/administration and design/construction supervision of our new and/or expanding campuses and other offices across EMEA as required. You will deliver exceptional, value driven workplace solutions, which can support Google's unique culture. + Support and advise Real Estate teams in due diligence/feasibility tasks. Oversee the development of options and the associated ROM cost and schedule estimates ensuring clear assumptions and clarifications. + Provide data-supported recommendations. Prepare documentation to support business cases and plans of record for various locations. + Manage and track all aspects/details of the project schedule and budget, oversee design and construction of multiple and concurrent Google workplace design and delivery projects within the regional portfolio. + Advocate for design excellence in delivering ground up and mixed use projects, from technical due diligence through to handover. Lead a group of internal and external stakeholders towards project goals across EMEA. + Manage decisions impacting agreement metrics, build versus lease, retrofit versus new construction analysis, financial analysis, budgeting, tracking and schedule management for all aspects of a project.
