Make a difference as Manager, Project Engineering – PureCircle
As the Manager, Project Engineering – PureCircle, you will lead CAPEX project delivery across Malaysia and China. You’ll manage portfolio planning, lead project engineering teams, oversee budgeting, and ensure compliance with global engineering standards. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to drive continuous improvement through innovative project execution.

What you will do :

Manage and prioritize PureCircle CAPEX portfolio, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies

Lead and mentor engineering teams across China and Malaysia to deliver high-quality project outcomes

Provide technical support and guidance on process design, equipment specifications, and system integration

Oversee project execution and ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely delivery within approved resources

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure transparent communication on risks and progress

Identify best practices in project engineering and implement continuous improvement initiatives

What you will bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; project management certifications preferred

Proven experience leading large-scale CAPEX projects in manufacturing environments

Strong technical background in engineering design, budgeting, planning, and execution

Experience managing cross-functional and cross-border engineering teams

Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
