**POSITION SNAPSHOT** Location: Rayong Company: Nestlé Business Unit/Division: Project Full time 3 years of experience in Project Management with knowledge of CAPEX management **A DAY IN THE LIFE...** + Involve in planning and executing of the project in secondary and tertiary packaging parts focus on flexible and rigid packaging + Coordinate and lead the planning, design and execution of CAPEX Project across multiple teams locally and globally + Oversee project scope, timeline, budget, standards, local laws and regulations + Supervise project construction, contractor safety, equipment installation, commissioning and hand over + Collaborate with local and global teams, consultancy, vendors and suppliers **ARE YOU A FIT?** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation) or a related field. + A minimum of 3 years of experience in plant manufacturing or engineering, with experience in the FMCG sector being an advantage. + At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong understanding of CAPEX management. + Proven experience in third-party management and working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams. + Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills. + Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English + Flexibility in working hours, as adjustments may be required due to different time zones of project teams. + Proficient in AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Project.
