Project Engineering Manager (m/w/d)

We are recruiting a Project Engineering Manager (m/w/d) for our manufacturing facility in Mosbach.
You will be the technical leader and be the primary decision maker for program cost, schedule and technical issues. You will lead prioritisation of work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive overall program performance.
We seek a Project Manager with experience leading multi-disciplined engineering teams within a manufacturing environment. You will speak fluent German and English, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to create accountability and inspire in equal measure.
**JOB DUTIES:**
+ Direct and Manage project execution following Resideo execution model from conception through to release. Leading cross-functional project teams, within a matrix environment, ensuring that the project goals, metrics, and objectives are met.
+ Develop end to end project plans and associated project deliverables required for the successful project execution
+ Track project milestones and deliverables against the approved baseline
+ Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
+ Communicate Project Status at all levels within the organisation
+ Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
+ Identify and manage project risks and assist in the creation of mitigation and contingency plans
+ Ensure that the corporate project tracking tool is kept up to date
+ Manage and Maintain project resource plan
+ Leverage project metrics to improve project execution
+ Help drive the sharing of best practices across the project management team
+ Direct and drive continuous improvement in the efficiency of NPI by identifying and recommending new approaches, policies and standard operating procedures
**YOU MUST HAVE:**
+ Experience leading multi-disciplined engineering teams within a manufacturing environment
+ Proven ability to manage effectively through influencing skills to drive consensus
+ Strong communications skill both up and down the organisation
+ Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
+ Strong technical engineering background
+ Fluent German and English
