**POSITION SNAPSHOT** Location: Rayong Company: Nestlé Business Unit/Division: Project Full time 3 years of experience in Project Management with knowledge of CAPEX management **A DAY IN THE LIFE...** + Involve in the planning and execution of projects related to utility equipment, including boilers, cooling towers, NH3/CO2 chillers, air compressors, and water and wastewater treatment plants. + Ensure that the installation of machinery complies with local laws and Nestlé standards. + Coordinate and led the planning, design, and execution of CAPEX projects across multiple teams, both locally and globally. + Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, standards, and adherence to local laws and regulations. + Supervise project construction, contractor safety, equipment installation, commissioning, and handover processes. + Collaborate with local and global teams, consultants, vendors, and suppliers. **ARE YOU A FIT?** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation) or a related field. + A minimum of 3 years of experience in plant manufacturing or engineering, with experience in the FMCG sector being an advantage. + At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong understanding of CAPEX management. + Proven experience in third-party management and working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams. + Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills. + Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English + Flexibility in working hours, as adjustments may be required due to different time zones of project teams. + Ability to work independently in stressful situations as well as collaboratively as part of a team. + Proficient in AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Project.
