We are looking for a Project Engineering Manager to lead the execution of capital projects across multiple manufacturing sites in Thailand. This role is critical to driving safety, efficiency, and quality throughout project lifecycles—from design and planning to installation and commissioning.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, external consultants, and global stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, and execution of CAPEX projects across multiple plant locations
Oversee project scope, cost estimation, and proposal preparation for management approval
Supervise project construction, contractor safety, equipment installation, and system commissioning
Collaborate with local and international engineering teams, consultants, and vendors
Manage and develop a team of Project Engineers (up to 3 direct reports)
Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement and support plant infrastructure upgrades and process enhancements
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Control Automation
Experience in food, beverage, chemical manufacturing, or engineering firms
Hands-on project management experience, especially in CAPEX environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage engineering teams
Ability to travel and manage projects across multiple plant locations
Proficient in both Thai and English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing large-scale projects (over THB 200M)
Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, SAP
Knowledge of engineering design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp)
Previous experience in multinational environments is an advantage
