This role is critical to overseeing large-scale engineering projects and contributing to strategic operational development. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define comprehensive project scopes and develop accurate cost estimates.Develop and manage detailed project timelines, adapting to complex project requirements.Lead and oversee large and complex projects, ensuring all technical, budgetary, and timeline objectives are met.Coordinate cross-functional project teams and external contractors, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed product quality expectations.Develop and actively manage detailed project schedules with daily and weekly tracking.Drive structured risk management, including change control and contingency planning.Oversee procurement timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of materials and equipment.Hold suppliers and contractors accountable for scope, quality, safety, and schedule performance.Maintain a consistent on-site presence to resolve issues and support team alignment.Lead commissioning and startup efforts, providing troubleshooting and problem-solving support.Drive continuous improvement efforts on existing assets, collaborating closely with maintenance teams.Essential SkillsAt least 5 years of experience with capital projects, ideally in the tens of millions.Food manufacturing experience, with knowledge of FDA, GMP, SQF, and USDA regulations.Proven ability to work autonomously and drive change management and process improvement.Financial expertise in project accounting and cash flow implications.Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks for design layout and schematic manipulation.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Food Engineering, or related field).Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, automation, mechanical systems, pneumatics, and fluid handling.Experience interpreting P&IDs, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.Proficient with project management software and engineering tools.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
