About the Role:
As a CAM, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration and certification of weapons systems for our Skunk Works and IFG programs, including the F-22 and F-16. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving collaboration, managing technical and schedule performance, and analyzing program data to inform management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster collaboration across internal and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Subcontract Management, Business Management, and Program Office
• Monitor and manage the weapons team's technical and schedule performance, ensuring alignment with overall program cost, schedule, and performance
• Perform monthly analysis of program Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data, providing insights to management to inform decision-making

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
- Experience with Proposal and BOE (Basis of Estimate Development)
- Demonstrated knowledge of EVMS (Earned value management)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:
- Must have excellent organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Project/program management experience
- Experience with large scale military programs.
- Experience operating in a Agile work cycle
- Demonstrated knowledge of the contracting life-cycle processes (RFP, BOEs, negotiation)
- Experience interfacing with senior leadership within and customer organizations
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Systems engineering experience
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiar w/ LM Aero EV tools to manage programs
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
