About the Role:
Lead and manage mechanical and electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Boilers, Chillers, Compressors, Nitrogen plants, Dry Room, Clean Room, HVAC, Pipe Racks & Piping, and related equipment.Coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.Prepare project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation.Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution.Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.Ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.About You:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.8 to 10 years of relevant experience in project engineering roles.Proven experience with Boiler, Chiller, Compressor, and Nitrogen, Dry Room, Clean Room, HVAC, Pipe Racks & Piping systems.Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including installation and commissioning.Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with relevant industry codes and safety standards.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
