Job Title: Project Engineer (m/w/d) - E&I Summary:In dieser Rolle wirst du eigenverantwortlich, im Rahmen allgemeiner Anweisungen, für die Umsetzung einer proaktiven Sicherheitskultur sorgen, bei der das Prinzip „nobody gets hurt“ gelebte Realität ist. Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen, normativen sowie unternehmensinternen (Momentive) Vorgaben und Richtlinien. Zudem verantwortest du die termin- und kostengerechte Umsetzung von Projekten am Standort Leverkusen unter Berücksichtigung sowohl gesetzlicher Anforderungen als auch interner Standards. Darüber hinaus stellst du sicher, dass Projektmanagementstandards wie belastbare Kostenschätzungen, präzise Terminplanung, strukturierte Gate Reviews, Value Engineering, konsequentes Risikomanagement sowie eine vollständige Projektdokumentation eingehalten werden. Du stimmst dich bezüglich technischer Geräte- und Ausführungsstandards ab und übernimmst die Leitung kleinerer und mittlerer Projekte. Bei größeren Projekten oder Programmen wirkst du aktiv unterstützend mit. Responsibilities Include: + Sicheres und selbstständiges Multi-Project-Management von der Planung bis zum Projektabschluss, dazu zählt + Erstellung von Investitionsanträgen sowie Projektreporting + Erstellung von Lasten – und Pflichtenhefte, Schrittketten, Cause – und Effect Matrizen + Koordination des Projekts im Basic-, sowie Detail-Engineering und in der Ausführungsphase + Sicherstellung des Einhaltens aller EHS-Richtlinien + Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und Durchführung aller erforderlichen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sowie Übersetzung von internen Sicherheitsanforderungen + Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Procurement bzgl. Entwicklung Vertrags- und Beschaffungsmanagement + Weitere projektbezogene Aufgaben Qualifications: The following are required for the role + Elektro-/Automatisierungstechnik (mindestens Bachelor) + Ausgeprägtes Analysevermögen, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise + Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit, gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen + Hohe Teamfähigkeit, interkulturelle Kompetenz + Anwenderkenntnisse in gängigen MS Office Programmen (inkl.
