**Description:** **What You Will Be Doing** Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is searching for a driven and innovative Project Engineer to join the Process and Compliance team\. In this full\-time role based in Fort Worth, Texas you will use your technical expertise and leadership acumen to drive excellence in aircraft structure and design\. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with Engineering and Quality to ensure high quality engineering deliverables\. Responsibilities for this position include: \- Represent Engineering on the triage team to perform the following: \-\- Review and analyze trend data from the Engineering Quality Index \(EQI\) \-\- Prepare, develop, and manage Corrective Action Plans \(CAPs\) to address systemic quality escapes resulting from the EQI data \-\- Facilitate CAP review with Functional Engineering senior leadership \- Collaborate closely with Functional Engineering and Quality to identify process improvements and best practices to be incorporated into engineering\. \- Engage and coordinate with Engineering Design, Quality, and other teams across Lockheed Martin Aeronautics sites to achieve project execution \- Support engineering activities associated with Engineering Quality Index \(EQI\), Command Media, and Build to Package Process Control Manual \(PM4052\)\. Provide technical assistance to streamline workflow and ensure quality standards are achieved\.
