**Description:** **What You Will Be Doing**
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is searching for a driven and innovative Project Engineer to join the Process and Compliance team\. In this full\-time role based in Fort Worth, Texas you will use your technical expertise and leadership acumen to drive excellence in aircraft structure and design\. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with Engineering and Quality to ensure high quality engineering deliverables\. Responsibilities for this position include:
\- Represent Engineering on the triage team to perform the following:
\-\- Review and analyze trend data from the Engineering Quality Index \(EQI\)
\-\- Prepare, develop, and manage Corrective Action Plans \(CAPs\) to address systemic quality escapes resulting from the EQI data
\-\- Facilitate CAP review with Functional Engineering senior leadership
\- Collaborate closely with Functional Engineering and Quality to identify process improvements and best practices to be incorporated into engineering\.
\- Engage and coordinate with Engineering Design, Quality, and other teams across Lockheed Martin Aeronautics sites to achieve project execution
\- Support engineering activities associated with Engineering Quality Index \(EQI\), Command Media, and Build to Package Process Control Manual \(PM4052\)\. Provide technical assistance to streamline workflow and ensure quality standards are achieved\.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance, and is located at a facility that requires special access\.

**Basic Qualifications:**
\- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in engineering/technical discipline or related experience
\- Program management, project engineering, systems engineering, or similar experience
**Desired Skills:**
\- Knowledgeable of engineering design processes
\- Ability to identify and solve complex issues
\- Ability to lead and complete projects
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
