We have an opportunity for a Project Engineer I. The Project Engineer is primarily\nresponsible for preparation of technical and commercial customer proposals\nduring the sales process. He/She will exhibit genuine interest in solving work\nproblems through proactively asking questions, clearly communicating and\ncollaborating both internally and externally to grow the business. In addition, the project engineer is responsible for understanding our competition and customers\nand showing initiative to learn and continuously improve company processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork to distill and\norganize technical and commercial proposal data into spreadsheets and word\ndocuments and/or databases.Analyze project\nrequirements and gather necessary information to prepare proposals.Work to get external\noffers from possible sub-vendors and evaluate which is technically and\ncommercially adequate as part of CCC solution.Prepare comprehensive\ntechnical proposals, including scope of work, project timelines, and cost\nestimates.Conduct technical\nresearch and feasibility studies to support proposal development.Ensure that proposals\ncomply with company standards and meet client specifications.Collaborate with the\nprocurement team to obtain accurate pricing and availability of materials and\nservices.Review and revise\nproposals based on client feedback and requirements.Coordinate with\nproject managers and engineers to ensure a smooth transition from proposal to\nproject execution.Participate in pre-bid\nmeetings and technical discussions with clients.Stay updated on\nindustry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings to enhance\nproposal competitiveness.Assist in preparing\npresentation materials for client meetings and bid presentations.Strong organizational\nskills and the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.Attention to detail\nand a high level of accuracy in proposal preparation.Provide fundamental technical support for the\nsales process, and specific assigned front-end engineering project Provide technical analysis, troubleshooting and\nsolutionsEstablish and maintain effective working\nrelationships with internal and external contacts. Maintain sensitive and confidential information\nregarding company information.Respond to change productively and handle other duties as\nrequired.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.YOU MUST HAVEUniversity Degree in Engineeringmore than 2 years of experience in control systems\nengineering or related field or related experience and/or equivalent\ncombination of education and experienceWE VALUEanalytical skills to\nrecognize patterns in data, information or events to draw logical conclusions\nand make recommendations for action.Ability to efficiently use all\nMicrosoft Office products.Ability to operate test\nequipment and obtain measurements and data.To use established computer\nprograms to input data, run queries and perform analysis.Ability to define problems,\ncollect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Provide limited technical\nknowledge in specific areas of engineering aspects.Demonstrated ability to\ncontinuously learn.Ability to read, speak, and write in English\nrequired.
