Job Title: Project Engineer - EPC Electrical
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated EPC Project Engineer to manage projects, oversee scheduling, procurement, and client communication for the electrical engineering of battery energy storage systems (BESS). The role involves designing and ensuring compliance with customer specifications and milestones, as well as handling electrical engineering drawings and studies.

ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the scheduling and procurement of materials for construction projects.Design and review customer specifications and project milestones.Conduct quality assurance/quality control for BESS projects engineered and constructed in Minnesota, Arizona, California, Utah, and Texas.Track and manage projects using software tools like Microsoft Project.Ensure accurate electrical engineering drawings and designs.Essential SkillsBachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.3-12 years of recent relevant electrical engineering experience on EPC battery energy storage systems or utility-scale renewables projects.Professional Engineer (PE) certification or ability to obtain it.Additional Skills & Qualifications12+ years of experience if drop-in ready with battery experience.Proficiency in studies related to renewables and Microsoft Project.Based in Minnesota would be a plus.Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work environment based in Minnesota, with the option to work fully remote if relevant experience is proven. Remote candidates would be required to travel to Minnesota four times a year. The office is located in Lakeville, MN, and local employees can work from the office at their discretion as long as performance metrics are met.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $59.00/hr.
