Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities on-site, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines. Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment. Review and interpret electrical drawings, layout plans, and technical documentation. Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve site issues and ensure smooth execution. Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory codes. Track progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports for management and client updates. Participate in site meetings and provide technical input to resolve construction challenges. Support overseas site activities as required by the project schedule. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in electrical construction within shipyard, marine, or offshore projects. Strong understanding of electrical installation practices, marine standards, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Willingness to travel and work at overseas project sites.
