Job Title – Project Engineer

To lead the development and delivery of integrated Department reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making, ensure transparency, and maintain alignment with Client reporting standards and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboarding

Develop and maintain project dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and AI-assisted tools for enhanced visualization and automation.Consolidate data from different stakeholders  to produce integrated and actionable reports.Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, including variance analyses and forecasting summaries.Collaborate with Planning & Governance Team to ensure reported progress aligns with baseline schedules.Monitor  Resource Planning and perform root cause analysis for deviations.Ensure all reports comply with Client standards and contractual obligations.Maintain a structured repository of historical reports, change logs, and audit trails.Present findings to project managers, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.Support project reviews, audits, and Stakeholder  meetings with tailored reporting packages.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.

 Experience

8–10 years of experience in project reporting, planning, or controls within the Oil & Gas sector.Proven expertise in reporting for large-scale capital projects.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, and SAP or similar ERP systems.

Soft Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and presentation skills.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to data integrity and reporting accuracy.
