In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: 

Assist with design and construction meetingsPrepare progress reportsAssist with RFI’s, and  submittalsReviews estimates, negotiates, and processes change ordersCoordinate project and contract schedulesMaintain job record filesParticipate in progress meetings, generating meeting minutesAssist in field inspections and verify work is performed in accordance with plans and specificationsAssist Project Manager with administrative supportEducation | Experience:

What you’ll bring to our firm:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field1- 3 years’ of related experienceE-builder experienceAble to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawingsExcellent oral and written communication skillsMust possess a driver’s license

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $78,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
