Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Engineer located in Tijuana.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Project Engineer role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

Understand change control system (Agile) for the creation and implementation of new Items / Documents.Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies, and techniques.Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.Leads project follow up meetings with the customer and with the team members assigned to the projects.In charge of the change control for the implementation of the new customer change required.Execute the FAI / OQ validations.Responsible of the validation report creation and implementation.Responsible of the BOM, Items, RMS creation and implementation.Create tool orders in ERP system to support the manufacturing of detail and assembly tools for internal and external suppliers.Support in the root cause analysis.Support in daily process line requirements.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Advanced EnglishExperience in Similar positionBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic process skills. Knowledge in projects management. Software Skills: Minitab / Project.
