Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join a leading construction company in East Bay, CA. This is a direct hire opportunity to contribute to a high-impact infrastructure initiative focused on wastewater treatment, featuring extensive mechanical systems and complex field operations. As the on-site lead, you’ll be instrumental in driving project success. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact at the construction site, overseeing subcontractor activities, coordinating field operations, and collaborating closely with the Superintendent to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. You’ll also handle client coordination, progress reporting, RFIs, and submittals to maintain quality and drive successful project delivery.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience with a reputable construction company.
Strong experience on wastewater or water treatment projects
Proven experience in cost and budget management.
Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites across the U.S. PE license null
