Summary: This candidate will have knowledge of enabling CAD and PLM efficiencies and automation as well as a passion for standards, details and consistent design and documentation methods. Using an internal customer perspective, you will coordinate cross-functional teams of impacted stakeholders and can perform non-technical project management to completion, both on time and within budget. Responsibilities: * Continuous improvement; This includes all elements of the engineering development and release process from the tools we use to communicate, to the engineering practices themselves * Develop evaluation methods to assess process strengths and identify areas for improvement * Work cross functionally to align with requirements and functionality with stakeholders * Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation * Create, present and maintain effective training * Present project plans to senior management, gain buy in and deliver results * Manage CFTs with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
