Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of installation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met from day one to handover
Champion WWJSSS and enforce compliance with all construction safety protocols and ISO 9000 quality standards
Serve as the key liaison between Otis and main contractors, consultants, architects, and site stakeholders—keeping communication clear and momentum strong
Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, factory, supply chain, drafting, and finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Manage project budgets, conduct cost reviews, and present financial updates to internal stakeholders
Drive the identification, negotiation, and successful completion of variation works
Verify site dimensions, manage logistics for equipment delivery, and ensure alignment between structural drawings and actual site conditions
Appoint and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and third-party partners to deliver project milestones
Monitor factory delivery schedules and manage project documentation, including AMT, FTB, and authority submissions
Lead authority inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
Own project progress claims, ensuring healthy project cash flow and accurate reporting
Guide and support project team members and subcontractors, ensuring alignment, morale, and on-site discipline
Requirement
Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
Minimum 2 years of project engineering experience—prior experience in the lift and escalator industry is highly preferred
Strong understanding of ISO practices and construction site safety protocols
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project planning tools is a plus
