Project Engineer
**About this role** Established Project Engineering professional. Conducts engineering activities that further success of overall project objectives. Gathers data, and prepares, analyzes, maintains and presents plans and progress reports to monitor project progress. Escalates problems as needed and completes project tasks. + You will join a high-performance team in constant evolution and growth. + By managing diverse technical projects, you will develop a comprehensive view of the production chain. + You will serve as the key liaison between Operations and the various COEs (Materials, Design, Procurement, Finance). **Responsibilities** + Provide support on any Product Engineering matters for CMXA’s daily operational needs, with the goal of keeping production lines running. + Conduct monthly audits of finished products to ensure physical components match the components listed in BOMs within MRPs and Windchill. + Support Supply, Purchasing, and Operations by analyzing, drafting, and technically approving deviations (SDRs). + Manage RRCA’s, tickets, and various technical projects. + Execute and validate engineering changes (ECNs) in CAT and Pasaporte. **Requirements** + Education: IME, IMA, IMT, IIA or related field. + Experience: Minimum 1 year in the area or in a similar role. + Language: Advanced conversational English. + Technical skills: 3D CAD, GD&T, MS Office, Power BI, HVAC, Project Management. + Previous experience in: Product Engineering, Project Management, or Quality. **Skills** + Emotional intelligence. + Sense of urgency. + Ability to work under pressure. + Problem-solving. + Effective communication. + Resilience. **Benefits** We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary. + Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance + Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities. **Our commitment to you** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
