Your Role
As a Project Engineer I, you will work with our New Product Introduction (NPI) Team as well as the Research and Development (R&D) team to develop and implement new products and equipment at our manufacturing facility in Jaffrey NH. You will manage numerous projects concurrently. You will work with different departments within the facility including Quality, Purchasing, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Environmental Health and Safety in order to ensure a seamless transition of new products from R&D to manufacturing. Specific job duties entail:
Aid in all validation strategies for new products and equipment.Serve as the bridge between R&D and manufacturing for new products.Evaluate any risks to manufacturing during development process before project is released to manufacturing.Help procure necessary contractors, materials, and equipment to support projects. Coordinate schedules with stakeholders and manufacturing, manage the day-to-day project activity, and manage the knowledge transfer from end of project to manufacturing startup.Responsibility for the turnover package to site support teams including AutoCAD drawings, PM plans, spare parts, asset records, and knowledge transfer.Ensure all documentation follows good documentation practices.Review and approve pertinent NPI documentation such as purchase specifications, validation protocols and reports, standard operating procedures, etc.Ensured team adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety protocols, while occasionally supporting new product introduction (NPI) activities at the R&D facility in Bedford, MA.
A Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline

Excellent interpersonal and team building skillsInternship or work experience within a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, research and development, or chemical production environment Proficient working in a team setting as well as autonomouslySelf-starter with a growth mindsetHighly organized and detail-oriented1+ years engineering experience within a pharmaceutical, chemical or related production experienceExperience working with GMP and GDPComfortable in a virtual conference environment
