Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in civil construction and site development. You will work closely with estimating, project managers, field crews, and clients to support the successful execution of infrastructure and site work projects.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.Support project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Collaborate with field supervisors and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.Track project costs and assist with budgeting and forecasting.Maintain accurate project records and reports.Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Internship or co-op experience in construction or engineering preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with AutoCAD or construction management software is a plus.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/hr.
