Job Title: Project Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to act as a liaison between the client, project manager, and subcontractors. This role involves coordinating project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders, while monitoring project progress to ensure compliance with design, budget, and schedule. The Project Engineer will support field operations, including site logistics and safety compliance, assist with procurement, and track materials and subcontractor deliverables. You will participate in project meetings and maintain communication across all stakeholders, focusing on electrical and mechanical scopes such as HVAC and cleanroom systems, particularly in industrial settings.

ResponsibilitiesServe as a liaison between client, project manager, and subcontractors.Coordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with design, budget, and schedule.Support field operations, including site logistics and safety compliance.Assist with procurement and tracking of materials and subcontractor deliverables.Participate in project meetings and maintain communication across all stakeholders.Essential Skills2+ years of experience in industrial or commercial construction.Experience in MEP or CSA as a Project Engineer.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure clear, timely communication across teams.Strong interpersonal skills to liaise between clients, PMs, and subcontractors.Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and materials.Understanding of construction sequencing, safety protocols, and quality control.Proficiency in managing documentation, schedules, and budgets.Ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact project timelines.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in data center construction is a plus.Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
