Project Engineer
Project Engineer A well-established engineering and construction firm is seeking a Project Engineer to join its Airport Division. This team specializes in the design and construction of conveyor systems at major airports across the U.S., including DEN, LAX, SFO, and others. The role involves supporting project managers in all phases of project execution, from planning and budgeting to client coordination and on-site implementation. Key Responsibilities + Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and estimating. + Coordinate internally and externally with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. + Organize and prioritize tasks based on project and customer needs. + Support the design and construction of conveyor systems and related infrastructure. + Utilize tools such as Excel and Bluebeam for documentation and coordination. + Adapt to unique project processes and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: + 2+ years of experience in construction or project engineering (multifamily, commercial, or industrial). + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy. + Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and estimating. Preferred: + Exposure to Bluebeam. + Background in mechanical systems or experience with general contractors, subcontractors, or engineering firms. + Familiarity with airport or conveyor projects. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
