Job Overview:
The Project Engineer will be responsible for performing and coordinating product analysis for changes to and expanding the supplier base. They will play a lead role in identifying and resolving potential issues, completing analysis, and presenting findings to the chief engineering board.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Engineering Part Analysis (EPAs)Execute Transition Design Reviews (TDRs)Identify export requirementsReview engineering drawings for content, notes, accuracy, legibility and other noteworthy findingsEvaluate level of difficulty to transition suppliers and identify roadblocksInvestigate and implement source control parts for compliant alternativesFollow drawings update and approvals in PLM toolManage and Report on Project Schedules, Budget, and PrioritySeek advice from subject matter experts when requiredReport project status during regular internal and external meetings. Typical reports would include updates on project status, assumptions, information needed, and overall program healthWork Experience
Qualifications:
