Project Engineer

Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Participates in the supervision of projects, in regards to the completion of: + Review and compilation of project specifications and procedures, engineering schedules, assignment of resources and estimated costs + Preparation of design concepts, including calculations, layouts and prototype testing of components, assemblies and equipment + Preparation of design layouts for assemblies and components + Preparation of engineering details and drawings, using Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems + Preparation of Bills of Materials and Engineering Specifications or other detailed documentation to record design requirements + Ensures that design details are cost effective, conform to customer requirements and company standards. Verifies and validates work done by Drafters and Design Engineers. + Organizes and supports administrative functions, of the department, including order review, design review, and project team meetings. + Oversees the technical activities of engineers, designers and drafters, and takes responsibility for accuracy and completeness of engineering work outputs. + Provides training and direction for engineers, designers, and drafters, in the execution of their assigned duties. + Assists engineering management in the training, development, and motivation of engineering personnel + Adheres to company and department policies, procedures, and standards + Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide EHS Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
