Project Engineer

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Responsible for project implementation and project management, including but not limited to formulation of delivery plan, implementation scope, delivery quality, cost management, etc
+ Responsible for the daily management, communication, task allocation, problem tracking and solution of the project, and supervise and review the work results of the project team.
+ Responsible for project risk control, timely finding, tracking and solving related problems affecting the project. It includes resource coordination, process monitoring, risk management and control, problem closed-loop, and decision-making promotion.
+ Responsible for customer demand management, and assist sales, pre-sales to maintain good customer relations, and actively cooperate with sales to carry out project work.
+ Promote process improvement and help team members to improve their execution efficiency
+ Other assignments by supervisor and manager.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor degree or above
+ Good English reading and writing and Microsoft Office skill
+ Three years more project management experience preferred
