This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions business in San Luis Potosi.
You will be mainly accountable for:
EDevelop new concept/solutions in 3D to be incorporated into the MV SWG product family.
Applies Design Thinking / Design for Excellence concepts in MV projects, including modelling, proto-typing, simulations, and calculations.
Develops, selects, and applies standard techniques, procedures, and tools to ensure that engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements.
Work with multicultural teams to develop next generation of Switchgears.
Qualifications for the role.
Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering (desirable), electro-mechanical / mechanical-electrician engineer or similar.
2+ Years of Experience in 3D Mechanical Design
Solid works (sheet metal) or CREO (sheet metal) or AutoCAD proficiency
Excel proficiency.
Electrical knowledge or experience is plus.
Advanced English required
