**Resumen** To support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering design projects related to the development, improvement, or industrialization of metal-mechanical products (e.g., refrigerators or components), ensuring compliance with technical requirements, deadlines, cost, and quality standards. **Responsabilidades** **Main Responsibilities:** + Participate in project planning: timeline, resources, and activity scheduling. + Support technical and administrative execution of engineering design tasks. + Provide follow-up on product development, from concept to validation. + Coordinate with internal departments (design, quality, manufacturing, procurement) to meet project objectives. + Assist in the implementation of engineering changes (ECO/ECN). + Document project progress and prepare regular status reports. + Attend and contribute to internal and external project meetings. + Ensure compliance with technical standards and applicable regulations. + Identify project risks and propose preventive or corrective actions. + Support product design and development projects (refrigerators & metal-mechanical components) + Prepare CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation + Participate in design reviews, prototyping, and validation processes + Track project progress and contribute to reports and presentations + Ensure technical compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 2 to 4 years in engineering project support or design roles (internships, co-ops, or academic projects are acceptable). **Technical Knowledge:** + Basic knowledge of project management (PMI, SCRUM – desirable). + Use of project tracking tools (MS Project, Trello, or similar). + Basic knowledge of metal-mechanical manufacturing processes. + Mechanical drawing reading and interpretation. + Desirable: CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD). **Soft Skills:** + Strong organizational and follow-up skills + Effective communication + Proactive and problem-solving mindset + Teamwork and collaboration + Results-oriented and continuous improvement focus REQ-151877
