Be involved in exciting and original projects
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer with expertise in Geothermal Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) plants and Industrial refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet technical specifications, budget, and timeline requirements
You will work closely with several engineering Teams to coordinate all the technical activities needed to the overall fulfillment of quality, costs and timeline metrics of the project.
You will facilitate customer needs flow into operative and realistic plans involving technical departments and suppliers to assure requirements are captured in drawings and the design is finalized on time and quality.
You will need to be capable to coordinate Engineering partners for any technical aspect of the project, including possible subcontracting and construction.
As a Project Engineer - Industrial Heat Pumps and ORC Technology, you will be responsible for:
Focusing on Customer expectation and project deliverables. Leading execution excellence mindset.
Coordinating all the technical Engineering functions/departments involved in the design effort.
Implementing current guidelines and processes (e.g. FMEAs, Design Reviews, technical risk management) according to the latest system/project engineering practices.
Coordinating with functional managers in setting realistic and challenging operational goals within the project, contributing to their accomplishment.
Managing the intellectual within the project scope.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a BSc. or MSc. in Chemical, Mechanical, Energy or Nuclear Engineering.
Have very good experience in a technical role.
Have proven experience as Project Engineer.
Have proven experience in Geothermal ORC Plant Projects, Industrial Heat Pumps, Industrial Refrigeration Systems, or industrial HVAC units
Have very good oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and leadership skills. Be fluent in English, written and verbally.
Knowledge of IET Products and solutions is advantageous
